What we collect

  • Server access logs — IP address, timestamp, browser, page accessed (kept up to 30 days).
  • Contact form — name, email, subject, message you provide when submitting the form.
  • Newsletter — your email address, signup IP, signup timestamp, confirmation timestamp, and language. Double-opt-in is used.
  • Technical session cookie — set on submission of the contact form for spam-rate-limiting. Contains no personal data, expires within 15 minutes.

Who processes the data on our behalf

  • 1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany — hosting and email transmission. Data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR in place.
  • Sendinblue GmbH (operating as "Brevo"), Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany (parent: Brevo SAS, Paris, France) — newsletter management. Data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR in place. Brevo may use sub-processors outside the EU, secured by Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep your data

We delete personal data when the purpose ends or you withdraw consent, unless statutory retention obligations apply (German tax/commercial law: up to 10 years for accounting records).

Your rights under the GDPR

You have rights to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), and withdrawal of consent at any time.
